First and foremost, I know that LaDon personifies hard work, whether it was on a dairy farm, in the hospital industry, his church activities, helping friends, or serving his family. He is one of the hardest working and most trustworthy people I know. He is gritty, self-reliant, and confident while also being humble, honest and calm.

Whenever I see LaDon, in whatever position he holds, he has demonstrated the character of a true leader. Always portraying self-confidence and respect in any interaction with anyone, from housekeepers to directors. Much as his resume is impressive with his skills and talents and his ability to speak Spanish fluently, it qualifies him to be a good fit in the Yakima County Commissioner position.
